Limited parking is available on the street for non-members, so you would be wise to carpool. I will be able to take 4 or 5 people in our van. There is a parking lot a block West, on the East border of Jericho Park, but in good weather it tends to fill up.
The Club provides a nice seating area outside (assuming good weather) and a large grill where you may prepare your own comestibles as you like them. Some staples (like corn on the cob) may be provided.
There is a cash bar upstairs where you can purchase beverages of your choice.
For those who eschew cooking, or who forget to bring anything to cook, there is also an excellent kitchen in the Club from which you can purchase dinner for cash.
If you would like us to pick up some raw materials for you at the market beforehand, please place your order by e-mail to jess@triumf.ca and we can settle up before or after. The Banquet has no budget, so it must be carried out on a "cash-recovery" basis (like everything at UBC these days!).
